On February 19, Sidharth Malhotra will participate in a pets carnival organised by Smita Thackeray. Around 250 dogs will walk the ramp at a fashion show, a highlight of the event, with Sid accompanying them.

Smita says, "Sidharth is a dog lover. When we reached out to him, he was excited. He agreed to come on board instantly. Glamdogs will host BMC registration of pets, vaccination, etc. It will also include a dating carnival and seminar on pet care, apart from other fun activities."
The actor confirms the news, saying, "I hope to see many people and their adorable pooches at the event."
Besides Sid, cricketer Zaheer Khan, actors Arbaaz Khan and Dino Morea, singer Sukhwinder Singh and politician Priya Dutt are also slated to walk the ramp.
