According to reports, the actress was waiting for someone when a stranger, who was drunk, came near her, and started misbehaving. Unperturbed though, the actress dragged the molester to a nearby police station, and even registered an FIR.

Speaking to Times of India, Pratibha said, “It’s surprising that such an incident could occur on a busy road at 10 pm. It was shocking but a revelation, too. I learnt that women are scared to lodge a complaint in these cases, but I would urge them to fight it out,”
Pratibha has acted in TV shows like ‘Tujhse Naraz Nahi Zindagi’ and ‘Phir Bhi Na Maane Badtameez Dil’. In ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’, she plays Naiya, a character with grey shades.
