Devi Sri Prasad,the Telugu-Tamil composer of the chartbuster Dhinka Chika in Ready will enter Bollywood with a full-fledged score, thanks to Salman Khan.
Khan was keen to have Devi Prasad do the music of Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger, but that didn’t work out. He will now compose the music of Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick and Sohail Khan’s next film.
Prasad is joyous about his Hindi debut. “I want to be remembered for quality than quantity here,” he says.
Prasad has just done the Hindi version of his new chartbuster Aa ante Amalpuram from the Telugu film Aarya for the Sonu Sood starrer Maximum. “I’ve also started working on the music of Singham 2 in Tamil with Suriya in the lead, and I’ve just finished composing the item song for Gabbar Singh, the Telugu version of Dabangg.”
