Looks like Salman Khan has decided to bury his long drawn differences with John Abraham. Probably that is the reason why he chooses to keep mum about Sonakshi Sinha being roped in for Firoz Nadiadwala’s Welcome Back, which also stars John.
It is a well known fact that Salman has not shown any kind of fondness for John ever since they have had a kind of a fallout some years back.
A source points out that Salman, who made Sonakshi an overnight sensation with Dabangg, apparently does not like his near and dear ones to work in rival camps (read Shah Rukh Khan and Vivek Oberoi).
An insider says, “Salman doesn’t like anyone from his camp to work with his foes. Salman and John have a history of sorts, as they had a huge fight on a world tour and after that Sallu has been publicly taking digs at John.” Though the two later seemed to have thawed the ice a bit, with John promoting Desi Boys on Sallu’s TV show, all apparently has not been forgotten.
The source adds, “The worst came when John’s ex Bipasha, who was once also blacklisted by Salman, joined the Salman-camp during an awards ceremony in Sri Lanka.”
