When Salman Khan, who was promoting 'Tubelight' at Mehboob Studio in Mumbai, realised Katrina Kaif was there too with Ranbir Kapoor for 'Jagga Jasoos', he dropped in to see her off.

According to photos doing the rounds online and several media reports, Salman and Katrina bid each other goodbye with a quick hug and kiss.

Rumour mills are abuzz with talks of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's bonding. There are hushed whispers about them rekindling their romance, given that Sallu's 'special friend' Iulia Vantur is tied up with music commitments.

Wondering what Salman Khan did after dropping off Katrina Kaif? The superstar ditched his regular luxury car drive for an auto-rickshaw ride back from the Mehboob Studio in Bandra, Mumbai.

The 51-year-old actor, who was accompanied by filmmaker Ramesh Taurani, was spotted wearing a black t-shirt and dark brown pants while he was returning from the studio on Tuesday.

Earlier this month, Katrina Kaif declared, quite uncharacteristically, at the announcement of IIFA Awards 2017, "Please leave Alia Bhatt for Varun Dhawan, and Salman for me." This was in response to a question by a journalist who asked Alia Bhatt when fans could expect her to collaborate with Salman Khan. Katrina Kaif jumped the gun, playfully displaying a possessive streak. She is reuniting with ex-beau Salman Khan on screen after five years with 'Tiger Zinda Hai', and by her own admission, he's the most funloving co-star she has worked with.

"It is interesting to be back on set with him. Working with him is always entertaining. His presence promises a lot of entertainment. It's like a continuous TV show, which you watch and feel happy about. He always tries to make everyone smile. People on set, who interact with him, always go home happy," she said of Salman at the IIFA 2017 press conference.

Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are 'reuniting' on screen for Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Tiger Zinda Hai'.

The movie is a sequel to Kabir Khan-directed 'Ek Tha Tiger'. Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, whose last film 'Sultan' with Salman in the lead role became a huge box office success, is directing the project.

A sequel to the blockbuster 'Ek Tha Tiger', the film promises some stylish and thrilling spy drama. For the film's action and stunt sequence, well-known Hollywood stunt performer Tom Stuthers -- known for Christopher Nolan's Batman series, will be in charge.
