Indian tennis star Sania Mirza achieved another feat and went on to talk about it on Twitter. Little did she know that former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar would have a say in it.

The women's doubles star completed 80 weeks consecutively as the number one women's doubles player and went on to share her joy on the social networking website, tweeting about her achievement.
Today I complete 80 consecutive weeks as the number 1 player in d worldðÂÂÂÂu00c2u009fÂÂÂÂu00c2u0091ÂÂÂÂu00c2u0086its been an amazing journey and just inspires me to work harder @WTA pic.twitter.com/BsHoeU0YAT

Former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar could not help himself and stay shut but went on to point out the fact that Sania Mirza is a doubles player and not the women's singles world number one, while wishing her. This is what he tweeted.
Sanjay Manjrekar
No 1 doubles player you mean. Congrats! https://t.co/Qrdyigdrro
— Sanjay Manjrekar (@sanjaymanjrekar) October 19, 2016
Sania Mirza, who is quite a fighter not only on the court, but also off it, chose not to take this one lying down and went on to give a fitting reply to Manjrekar.
Since I don't play singles anymore isn't that obvious/common sense?my bad,common sense is not that common after all I guess.. :) https://t.co/fXhnaQZEM7
— Sania Mirza (@MirzaSania) October 19, 2016
In her next tweet, she also went to politely thank him for his wishes.
Hey.. But thanks for your wishes though ofcourse https://t.co/fXhnaQZEM7
— Sania Mirza (@MirzaSania) October 19, 2016
Manjrekar also didn’t keep shut. He wrote back:
Well, you missed out an important detail for someone like me who lacks common sense :) https://t.co/nLgRFONxrn
— Sanjay Manjrekar (@sanjaymanjrekar) October 19, 2016
Now, Sania replied posting a WTA article to help Manjrekar:
Clearly!!! So here you go https://t.co/vRE2vmk1ka .. An article with all the 'important details' .. :) https://t.co/lZTGBSsUNA
— Sania Mirza (@MirzaSania) October 19, 2016
Sanjay Manjrekar though, had the last word.
Yes, the article also says No. 1 doubles player in the world. Said what I had to, will leave all balls outside the off stump alone now ðu00c2u009fu00c2u0098u00c2u008aðu00c2u009fu00c2u0091u00c2u008bðu00c2u009fu00c2u008f½ https://t.co/LP37fxYE0s

Sanjay Manjrekar did not only get a great comeback from Sania Mirza but also invited some major ire from her fans on social media who went on to slam the former batsman with a series of tweets.
@MirzaSania I would have expected @sanjaymanjrekar to point out that its doubles 'tennis' player (extending his own logic)
