With a wide grin on his face, newly-wed actor Shahid shared his first selfie with wife Mira. In the selfie, posted just after the wedding ceremony, Mira is seen leaning on Shahid's shoulder with the actor hugging his new bride.

The 34-year-old 'Haider' star, who got engaged to Mira Rajput, 21, earlier this year, kept his wedding a private ceremony. Shahid's friends including Kunal Rawal, Bosco Martis and Mubina Rattonsey took to social media to share photos from the wedding ceremony.

Shahid, from the beginning, kept the details of his wedding under wraps as he feels their marriage is a "normal and regular affair".

"I refrain from getting into details. I thought that since I am here today, it was important to acknowledge it in front of the media, so I am doing that. Other than that, she is a normal girl and I am a normal guy, and we should treat it like something normal and regular. It's my personal space and I won't get into the details," he had said.
