Shahid Kapoor's wife to-be, Mira Rajput, has apparently been deleting friends from her social media account to prevent wedding details from becoming public
Shahid Kapoor may have confirmed reports about his impending marriage saying he was "happy to announce it", but his wife to-be is apparently still wants to hang onto her privacy.

If sources are to be believed, Delhi girl Mira Rajput had shared the hush-hush news with a few close friends and it made headlines soon after. So, now Mira has started deleting some friends from her social networking account as she is wary about other personal details being leaked, say sources.
"Mira is a college student and her parents have been getting tense about her engagement with Shahid going public. She had confided in a few friends about dating the actor, but one of them may have leaked it to the media. She is upset about it and unfriending some of them from her online account," says a source.
Since the Rajputs have no Bollywood connection, they have asked their near and dear ones to purse their lips about the wedding, which, according to Shahid, is likely to be held this December. "They don't want unnecessary media attention and are maintaining a low profile at the moment," the source adds.
Shahid remained unavailable for the comment. At an awards event on Thursday, the 'Haider' star had rubbished rumours about his engagement while confirming that marriage was on the cards.
