She thinks of you as a brother! Get the hint and move on. First of all you pursue a woman who is in a relationship and loves someone else. You couldn’t be more naïve. How dumb can you be? If she has already declared the nature of the relationship the two of you share, you really stand no chance at all in trying to woo her. You should’ve told her much sooner. So get packing and find someone else.
