Maharashtra cricketer Shrikant Mundhe created history by becoming the first Liverpool Competition Premier League bowler to take 10 wickets in an innings.
Nanded-born Mundhe, who currently is plying his trade with Colwyn Bay, destroyed Birkenhead Park's batting on Saturday, emerging with figures of 10-85 in 24.1 overs. Mundhe is the sole man to achieve the feat.

Mundhe's unbeaten 44, also the top score in his team, was the icing on the cake as the side scrapped home chasing 168 after been down 126-8 at one point. Sixty years ago, English spinner Jim Laker registered the world's first 10-for (10-53) against Australia at Old Trafford on July 31, 1956.
