Adjacent is a kitchen laboratory, equal in size to the dining arena. In 'A Gathering of Mushrooms' diners tiptoe their way through the undergrowth of a mystical forest, marveling at the flavour combinations of coffee soil, eight varieties of mushroom and garlic-olive oil pudding.
