Siddharth Shukla becomes 'hero' in Karan Johar's eyes

Siddharth Shukla, who has gained popularity for his portrayal of Shivraj Shekhar of 'Balika Vadhu', has a 'hero-wala quality' about him, filmmaker Karan Johar said on a dance reality show

Siddharth is a contestant on 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6', while Karan is one of the judges along with Madhuri Dixit and Remo D'Souza.

The actor, along with his choreographer Sonia Jaffer did a mix of contemporary and rumba dance forms for the forthcoming fusion episode. They danced to the number 'Tere bin main yun kaise jiya'.

The act led Karan to say, "If 'Jhalak...' was a movie, you would have been the hero of it. Your personality and charisma has the quality of a hero," revealed a source from the set.

The filmmaker also said how Siddharth will be noticed on whichever platform he performs, and that he has a hero-like quality in him.
