Hiring the right candidate for a post is a lot like searching for a needle in the haystack. Tailview, a Bangalore based company, aims to make that search easier without eating into yours or the candidate’s time.
The company has developed a proprietary interview software that allows employers to conduct video interviews of prospective candidates from anywhere in the world. Employers are required to sign up with Tailview, add their set of questions that would help you access a candidate’s skills and attitude, and share an interview session link to the prospective candidates.
The feeds from each candidate’s interview are recorded and uploaded to a database that could be accessed by the employer at any time. The video interview sessions are designed in such a way that a candidate cannot cheat.
This also helps screen candidates before calling them for face-to-face meetings or conducting live online interviews. As for candidates, it comes with several tools and tips that would help them do better in video interviews such as this one, as well as the traditional face-to-face interviews.
