Comfort dressing
Jeans and t-shirts reign over my closet. But I don’t have a fetish as such. In jeans, I own pairs in the basic colours like black, light and dark blue. I love round neck and v-neck t-shirts.
Formal wear
Honestly, I feel more comfortable experimenting with Indian formal wear than western. In Indian, I like bandgalas, achkans, Jodhpur pants, etc. In western, I stick to a classic black tuxedo as I feel it’s a safe bet. I also love summer jackets made of linen.
Keeping warm
I like Indian clothes like kurtas, bundis, etc. Unfortunately, you can’t wear them much in Mumbai. I have a lot of sherwanis and other stuff at my Delhi home, where I can wear them more often. I like Indian fabrics like khadi and silk a lot too.
Simply shawls
I like shawls, especially the embroidered ones as I am from Kashmir where men wear shawls almost all year round. It is famous for the Pashmina shawls that are made there. Though I can’t wear them in Mumbai, I do own quite a few of them.u00a0
