Just back from a two-month music tour, Sukhwinder talks to CS:
WHO: Sukhwinder Singh

Home sweet home
After a really long time I have found a flat that meets my tastes. Right now, I am busy doing up the interiors of the house. I want it to have a clean, contemporary and serene feel to it. White is the dominant colour complemented by blue, cream and green. I have installed the Dolby Sound System in the house and I want to play soft devotional music throughout the day at my place.
Music magic
Last month I had a blast performing in the US. For some of the shows, I dressed as a Mexican or a German as people from different nationalities were coming to watch me. It was fun interacting with fans in New York, Washington DC, New Jersey and Houston. In Phoenix, I performed with all my female fans on stage. But the best thing was jumping in the audience at New Jersey. The thing about making a perfect jump is that it has to be extempore; you'll hurt yourself if you plan the jump. And the audience should know when you're going to jump so that they can hold you. Thankfully, it went off really well and I landed in the arms of a few girls.u00a0
Shaadi shy
While in America, I was giving an interview when the anchor asked me, "What kind of girl would you like to marry? I replied that I would prefer a girl with a simple, dynamic and smiling disposition. Money or religion is no bar. That was it. I was flooded with messages from girls who went on to text their bio-data to me. Some of the introductory lines were hilarious. While people have been telling me to get hitched from quite some time now, I somehow haven't been able to find my Miss Right.
Pet puja
Sadly, I lost my dog Jojo a couple of months ago. His death has been one of the biggest losses of my life. I had gone into depression after his demise, so some of my friends got me a new dog, a beautiful golden Lhasa puppy. I have named him Chillar. He's a real chhamiyaa. Chillar doesn't leave me for a second when I am home; he also accompanies me to my recording studio. He's really cute and has brought a lot of joy into my life.u00a0
