Snag disrupts Mumbai's Harbour line services

Commuters on Mumbai’s Harbour line were inconvenienced after a Panel-bound train was stuck between Mankhurd and Vashi from 7.30 to 8.05 pm due to unit failure on Thursday evening.

An official said that the technical snag was fixed and the Vashi line cleared in half-hour. But the delay has caused six Suburban train services to be cancelled and trains were running 20 minutes behind schedule.

The cause of the failure is not known
