Sonu Sood and producer Sheetal Talwar lock in a bitter battle over the actor's Versova property
Producer Sheetal Talwar has once again found himself in the middle of controversy. Our sources say that Sonu Sood has filed a legal notice to the producer for allegedly not paying the rent.

A source says, “Sonu Sood lent out his commercial space in Versova to Sheetal to run a pub. After the initial couple of months, Sheetal started delaying the monthly rent of Rs 3 lakh. He has not paid Sonu for the past five months and has even been avoiding the actor’s calls. Sonu had no option but to file the complaint.”
The informer adds that Sonu visited the pub and emptied all of Sheetal’s contents from inside. The producer apparently called Sonu to hold on for a while but the actor refused.
Sonu says, “Every time he gave me excuses saying he or a family member was unwell. He left me with no option and he is now threatening me with dire consequences. I filed the complaint as I want my property back.”
Incidentally, Sheetal has lodged a counter complain against Sonu for trespassing and fraud.
The producer states, “The fact of the matter is that it is illegal. We still haven’t been able to launch officially due to this and I have already conveyed it to him. Also, Sonu has refused to return our deposit of R 18 lakh. I am just one of the investors here.”
