New Delhi: Sony's upcoming Xperia Z5 flagship may have a 4K screen, making it the first smartphone to offer the feature, suggests a leaked video.
In a video posted to YouTube, Clubic.com conducts a French-language interview with Sony marketing director Olivier Terme in which he details the features of the phone, particularly the slightly larger Premium version.
Many of his descriptions confirm previous leaks about the phone, which had been said to be coming in three models, also including a Compact version.
At 5.5 inches, the Premium will share many common characteristics with the other models, such as a fingerprint sensor and a 23-megapixel camera. Its major bonus will be its 4K-resolution display, a first for smartphones, says Terme.
