Sourav Ganguly set to get CAB secretary's post today

Kolkata: Former India captain Sourav Ganguly will begin a new innings as cricket administrator when he's elected uncontested for the post of joint-secretary of the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) at its 83rd AGM here today.

The CAB AGM would be a mundane affair with 74-year-old cricket administrator Jagmohan Dalmiya taking charge for yet another term without any opposition.

Ganguly will succeed Sujan Mukherjee whose four-year term is getting over this month.
