Spanish goalkeeper Victor Valdes has now turned matchmaker. The 34-year-old former Barcelona custodian along with his stunning partner Yolanda Cardona launched a new Tinder-like dating app —Hola Dating app for those 'less lucky in love'.
Valdes, currently a Middlesbrough keeper, explained the purpose of Hola in a video which he posted on social media in which he claims his new venture into the world of mobile apps is designed to help people find love like he has.
"Here I'm on the app and the system says 'Hola' and gives me a brown-orange colour. The system is giving me a completely random colour. Then, I show this message to the person I want to start a conversation with, and that person can search for me and my profile thanks to the colour I've shown them. So then, we can start a conversation in a private channel," Valdes said.
Valdes and Yolanda, who are yet to tie the knot, had their first child Dylan in 2008. He kept his first clean sheet as Boro 'keeper against Arsenal recently in a tense 0-0 draw.
