"For me, what's helped me to get through this is I'm quite a spiritual person. It's grounded me, and I realise that I do have a great purpose in life. If relationships or people in your life are meant to be, then they will come back around, but that shouldn't be what's holding you back," said the 36-year-old pop singer.

New chapter of life
The American recording artist said she now wants to focus on herself post the break-up. "A lot of the time when you're in a relationship, you lose yourself and you lose who you are and what makes you special. Sometimes people stay in relationships because they get complacent, because it's comfortable for them, because they don't want to be alone. It's a new chapter in my life.

"I'm going through a very transformative time in my life," Scherzinger told People magazine. The former Pussycat Dolls singing sensation explained that she is using her current single status as a way to find her ultimate destiny. "You're always putting all your energy on someone else, so find yourself again. Build yourself back up (and) be that big, radiant light," said Scherzinger, a former X Factor judge.
Meanwhile, Ham dating kendall?
Meanwhile, even as Scherzinger works towards finding her own path, her ex-boyfriend Hamilton seems to enjoying his single status. In recent weeks, the Formula One world champion has been linked first to Barbadian singer Rihanna and then model Gigi Hadid.
Now, a new addition to the list is 19-year-old model Kendall Jenner (US reality TV star Kim Kardhashian's half-sister) who was seen at the driver's garage during the Monaco Grand Prix. If sources close to Hamilton are to be believed, the couple spent some quality time together on a luxury yacht in Monaco.
