Kerala Excise Commissioner Rishiraj Singh was at the receiving end of brickbats on Twitter after a comment he made during a speech at an event held in Kochi.

Rishiraj Singh was stressing the importance of women's safety, when he said that if a man is found staring at a woman for more than 14 seconds, a case can be filed against him.


Singh's comment, although seemingly made in good spirit has not gone down well with social media users and many took to Twitter to make their displeasure known...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But, not all were supportive of the trolling. A Twitter user even defended Rishiraj Singh's comment
