At 51, he can do action like a 21-year-old. CS spoke to Suniel to find out his fitness secrets and how he plans to celebrate his birthday:
Good habits do work
Early to bed and early to rise. My day starts at 5 am and ends at 10 pm. Good and regular habits are a must for a fit lifestyle.
I take 5-6 small meals a day, starting with a heavy breakfast that includes oatmeal, dry-fruits and bananas. Then I take fruits at 11 am. Lunch is at 1 pm which is again heavy followed by a snack around 4 pm. While working, I drink juice as fluids are very important for a healthy body. Dinner is usually light.
I like to binge on desserts once a week. Milk chocolates, pedas, laddoos, all work for me!
Another year older
I would be spending the day with my family at my farm house. I will be off for three days and just relax.
