Actress Supriya Pathak, whose actor-son Shahid Kapoor got hitched earlier this year, says she is enjoying her off-screen role as a mother-in-law.
Asking about her relationship with Mira Rajput -- wife of Shahid, who was born to her husband Pankaj Kapur and Neelima Azeem, Supriya shared that though she doesn't understand the concept of daughter-in-law, she is really happy with Mira.
“I am very happy as a mother-in-law. I have a lovely daughter-in-law. Honestly, I don't understand this concept of daughter-in-law. For me, she is my daughter as well as her own mother's daughter.
She is a wonderful girl so, I really enjoy being with her,” Supriya told media here.
The actress was in the capital to promote her forthcoming TV show “Jane Kya hoga Rama Re!” where she plays the role of Rambhateri devi, a strong woman who wears a jovial mask but hides behind a mysterious past.
“Jane Kya hoga Rama Re!” will air on Life OK starting November 16.
