Sushant Singh Rajput broke his silence on former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande
A few months ago, Sushant Singh Rajput decided to call it quits with longtime girlfriend, Ankita Lokhande after six years of courtship. Since then, both decided to maintain a dignified silence on the issue, except for posting cryptic messages on Twitter off and on.

But now, Sushant, who is promoting his upcoming film, 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story', has finally opened up on his break-up. He confesses that he is no longer in touch with Ankita.
“We don’t talk to each other, but she did tell me about an interesting project which has come her way. I was very happy for her and wished her luck,” he says.

Ask him about dating rumours surrounding his 'Raabta' co-star Kriti Sanon, and he says, “All of them are false. I don’t take things that are written about me too seriously.”
The actor quickly reminds us of reports about how his proximity with Shuddh Desi Romance co-star, Parineeti Chopra was the reason behind his break-up. “I had posted a photograph with Parineeti which went viral and everyone concluded that I was dating her. People want excitement in their lives, but I have a Teflon coating around me which has made me immune. I don’t want my personal life to interfere with my work. Besides, people who hire you don’t care about frivolous stuff such as this,” he signs off.
