"The colour and composition of my paintings attract clients. I use warm colours like red, orange and yellow in my paintings. Rajarshi didn't receive any formal training in fine arts. While working as a medical representative in Murshidabad (a district in Bengal), he was moved by the people and the nature around him. "My paintings depict the villages of Murshidabad. I am so inspired by the place that I can paint without visiting the place now," says Rajarshi.

In the exhibition, the villages of Bengal are juxtaposed with the villages of Karnataka painted by Satish Biradhar. Satish's paintings are inspired by the temple and the quiet untouched nature surrounding Hampi. He received his diploma in painting from Government Fine Arts College of Dharwad, Karnataka.
