Kavita, who lives in Dadar, is extremely upset. Even though she submitted all the required documents two months ago, she could not find her name on the voters' list. "I am keen to vote, but I cannot," she said.
Interestingly, none of her family members are on the list. She does not even have an election card, but wants to get everything sorted out before the Assembly elections in October.
