Thank god for Sundays
The brunch at Royal China is worth venturing out on lazy weekends
There are brunches and there are brunches. This is the latter. Royal China is a name we had come to trust in Bombay, a must-visit for authentic Chinese. Royal China also has branches in the UK, China, Singapore and Dubai. Their latest fine dining at New Delhi serves traditional Cantonese Cuisine. No wonder that the chefs at the restaurant are from China.

The Delhi edition has lived up to its promise of a fine-dining destination which will compel you to come back to try more! So when we got a chance to sample their Sunday brunch menu, we simply grabbed the offer.
It was a frosty Sunday and the view from the restaurant distracted our attention from the sumptuous spread in front of us. But only momentarily.
Royal China fish
Specializing in traditional Cantonese Cuisines, one could relish crispy aromatic duck with pancakes, prawn chung fun, seaweed, black bean chicken just to name a few from the kitchen of the Chinese Chef.
The lavish bar features everything from flavored martinis to Royal China creations of special cocktails to an international range of beers, single and double malt whiskey and an equal range of non alcoholic beverage. Desserts like the apple/banana in toffee syrup, deep fried crispy buns with cream custard filling are bound to leave your sweet tooth satisfied. Need any other reason to venture out next Sunday?
