Monsoon has arrived and so if you are in the mood to indulge in cheesy delicacies, head to Godrej Nature’s Basket. They have organised a cheese festival where chef Sanjib Das from Terttulia will be conducting a workshop on June 21 at the Nature’s Basket store at Aundh.
The chef will be showcasing different recipes in which cheese is primarily used. “In the All Things Cheese workshop, I will be demonstrating how to make three different types of desserts made with cheese and also recipes for Green Apple and Feta Salad, Smoked Salmon and Gruyere Sandwich,” said Chef Sanjib.
He added that different varieties of cheese are used in the recipes and the best one for the season is Soft Cheese like Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
