Gastronomist Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal will tell you how to eat healthy

Health food buffs and wannabe fitness freaks in and around Powai can drop by to listen in on acclaimed gastronomist Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal's cooking demos on healthy eating options. She will display a range of one-dish meals that help you watch your calories and also stay healthy.



The workshop will cover a gamut of multi-cuisine cooking options and includes Moroccan Vegetable Tagine, Chilli Pepper Chicken Stew, Green Thai Curry and Stir Fry Noodle Bowl.

For the uninitiated, a one-meal dish is a meal where all the components are part of one dish. So that a pasta (carbs) with vegetables (vitamins) and some chicken or meat (protein) get everything together without needing to prepare three separate dishes.
