Earth Property Network India Pvt Ltd is organising a real estate exhibition True Value Property Show at Kora Kendra Ground, SV Road, Borivali (W), from February 20 to 23. MiD DAY will be the print partner for the exhibition, which is managed by Adex Exhi-Con.

Home seekers have a reason to celebrate. Earth Property Network India Pvt Ltd is organising a real estate exhibition True Value Property Show at Kora Kendra Ground, SV Road, Borivali (W), from February 20 to 23. MiD DAY will be the print partner for the exhibition, which is managed by Adex Exhi-Con. It will showcase more than 250 projects of around 60 reputed builders from the Mira Road Virar belt.

Leading participants include Akruti, Mayfair, Rustomjee, Evershine, Agrawal, Poonam, Mehta, Parekh, Gajra, Swastik and others. The exhibition will be inaugurated by Borivali's MLA, Gopal Shetty at 11.00 am on the first day. Mayor of Mira-Bhayander, Narendra Mehta will visit this fair on February 21. Gilbert John Mendonca, first president, Bhayander Nagar Parisad and an NCP leader, will inaugurate the seminar sessions for builders on February 23.

The four-day exhibition will present a vast range of 1-4 BHK residential projects in the price range of Rs 4 lakh to Rs 24 lakh. It will also feature commercial complexes, a multiplex, malls and industrial galas from 600 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft and second home projects.

Discounts and various benefit schemes are to be on offer. Besides these, leading real estate consultants, project-marketing companies, housing financiers, banks and mortgage lenders will exhibit their projects and services. The fair will also provide special branding opportunities for building and interior products' manufacturers and suppliers.

Ramesh Janani, MD, Earth Property Network India Pvt Ltd, said that the main purpose to organise this exhibition is to provide an opportunity for visitors to directly get in touch with more and more builders.

This way the buyers can authentically compare and evaluate various projects.

"The construction activities are more in the Mira Road Virar belt as compared to any other area in the city. More than 450 builders and developers are active in this belt. Every year, more than 35,000 units are being sold in these suburbs and the demand is gradually growing day-by-day," informs Ajay Mandavia, also the MD of Earth Property Network India Pvt Ltd.

In an effort to give more to the builder community as well as the buyers, the organisers have scheduled eight seminars. Two seminars will be held daily in the evening. However on February 23, the seminars will be held in the morning.

Atul Shah, director, Gold Star Group, will hold a seminar on the 'Current scenario and how to survive in the real estate market'. Naresh Parsarampuria, a chartered accountant, will deliver a lecture on private equity funding and bank finance. Union Bank of India will also organise a seminar on housing loan.
