From behind the bar

“Cocktails with caffeine are especially refreshing and are apt for late-nighters. We often get orders for them when patrons are done with the meals. Such cocktails are a definite change. We pitch our own tea-based cocktail when people are fed up of iced tea, which most bars have that on offer. As it is a different concept, we have to educate people by usually saying, ‘why don’t you give it a try and if you don’t like it, there are no charges’. In fact, we’ve never got a denial from a customer.” Eluther Gomes, Head Bartender at The Daily
