The youngest rider in this year's Tour de France, Frenchman Thibaut Pinot, won the eighth stage of the race here yesterday
The 22-year-old recorded the first win in this year’s race for France. Britain’s Bradley Wiggins retained the overall leader’s yellow jersey on a stage which saw Spain’s Olympic road race champion Samuel Sanchez crash out and is likely to miss defending his crown later this month in London.
