Let your child learn the art of storytelling and creative writing through a two-day workshop
Here's your chance to find out if your child has a hidden writer in him/her. A two-day storytelling and creative writing workshop in town is all set to let children explore the world of stories with expert guidance.

Aimed at children between 10 and 15 years, the workshop will be coordinated by author Shinie Antony and will have two and a half hour sessions spread over two days.
The first day will be dedicated to the elements of storytelling in a session conducted by the author herself. A guest session on the same day will see Reena Puri, Editor, Amar Chitra Katha teaching children how a comic strip is made, introducing them to the world of graphic novels and comic books.

The second day will have a guest session by Roopa Pai of the Taranauts series opening up the world of fantasy to children andu00a0 teaching them how to write fantasy.
The workshop will require the children to write their own short stories towards the end and there will also be a story writing competition.
The workshop is aimed at letting every child tell their own story; understand the technicalities of writing and expressing themselves better. So, let the creative genius in your child discover the world of magical and mystical stories.
