India defeated England by 3 wickets chasing down a mammoth total of 350 runs in Pune in the first ODI of the three-match series. Virat Kohli and Kedhar Jadhav scored breathtaking centuries to help India secure victory.

India chased down a mammoth score of 359 against Australia in just 43.3 overs, thanks to exceptional batting performances by Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan. This is India's highest ODI chase. Rohit Sharma was adjudged the Man of the Match.

Quickfire centuries from Virat Kohli (122 off 105 balls) and Kedar Jadhav (120 off 76 deliveries) helped India defeat England by three wickets in their first ODI cricket match in Pune on Sunday. England scored 350-7 in their 50 overs, which the hosts chased down with 11 balls to spare. Kedar Jadhav won the Man of the Match.

Virat Kohli, India's most dependable batsman in recent years comes to the rescue again with an unbeaten 115 runs partnered by Shikhar Dhawan's century and a fifty by Rohit Sharma as the team chased down Australia's total with 6 wickets to spare. Kohli went on to bag the man of the match award.

Arch-rivals Pakistan posted a huge total of 329 after opening duo Mohammad Hafeez and Nasir Jamshed scored centuries and Younis Khan followed it up with a fifty. After Gambhir fell in the first over, Virat Kohli went on to produce his finest innings in ODIs with a career-best 183. Fifties from Tendulkar and Rohit Sharma  helped India to victory. But it was Kohli again who outshone Mumbai's batsmen to win the man-of-the-match award.
