"I was travelling across Rajasthan and came across various antique replicas, which were not very expensive. The idea dawned of creating a space in the city. Ninety-nine percent of the products here are sourced from India, particularly Jodhpur, Agra and other parts of UP, Delhi and Gurgaon," informs Amrit.
Though the store isn't too large, it's managed to stock a host of interesting products. We noticed that the price range varies from Rs 250 to Rs 30,000. We zeroed in on the five best picks that will not burn a hole in your pocket.
1} It's easy to get attracted towards the Bollywood inspired tray (Rs 1,500) with prints that are originally posters of old Hindi films. The product stands out and is a must-have if you dig the filmi stuff.
Hanging lamps (Rs 1600)
2}The hanging lamps caught our eye as well. Available in various colours including purple and yellow, the moderately priced lamps (Rs 1,600) have an antique touch and are classy.
3}Grab a couple of the funky-printed pillow covers (Rs 950). These prints range from images of a groovy Elvis Presley to tribal women, available in bright combinations. The collection has various pieces to choose from, so don't worry about your taste, you'll be spoilt for choice!
