End the meal on a sweet note with Gulab Ki Kheer, cooked using fresh rose petals.

Hit the Khasi trail
Did you know that some of the most delicious fare in Meghalaya isn’t found in fancy restaurants but at tiny Jadoh stalls? Learn about Khasi culture and its cuisine at home-chef Rebecca Ranee’s pop-up, where she will be serving authentic dishes from this North Eastern state. She has most of her ingredients including smoked pork and spices like pepper brought in from her hometown, Shillong.
