The first incident took place at around 2:30 am at Ganesh Park society situated near Katraj in Pune, where around three four-wheelers and 15 two-wheelers, which were parked in the society building, caught fire.

The fire brigade team rushed to the spot in thirty minutes, after which the fire was doused. In the meantime, residents rushed to the building terrace as the thick flames had reached the third floor. A senior citizen sustained minor burn injuries and was rushed to hospital.
