Sixteen budding players from across the country have been selected through a five-month-long football talent hunt to represent India at a youth football tournament to be played in Milan later this year.

The under-15 soccer talent hunt organised by Tata Tea in association with Inter Milan football club, kicked off in Bhubaneswar in December 2011 and covered 15 cities across India. “The players I saw are very talented and hard working,” said Milan coach Marco Monti. The final 16 players were chosen after a week-long intensive training session.
