Formula One ace Lewis Hamilton's ex-girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger seems to have run out of luck in life. The 36-year-old singer is unable to cope up with the recent personal and professional setbacks. Adding to her woes is her ex-boyfriend Hamilton making his foray into her industry with backing from bigwigs like rappers Kanye West and Tinie Tempah.

The former Pussycat Doll was recently dumped by her recording company RCA Records after sales were bad for her second solo album, 'Big Fat Lie'. "Nicole feels her luck is really down, so seeing Lewis having so much fun while moving in on her industry is tough. Being dropped by her label feels like the last straw," a source was quoted as saying by British magazine Star.

Hamilton ended his on and off seven-year relationship with the American pop star in February this year. His personal life seems to be on a high, as he is reportedly flirting with a bevy of beauties. Recently, he posted a video on Instagram jumping 30ft from a luxury yacht and there were reports of him being accompanied by his new girlfriend Kendall Jenner.
Also, Hamilton is known to be close to Jenner's mother Kris and it was she who wanted her 19-year-old daughter to date him. If that wasn't enough, Scherzinger was replaced by UK star Cheryl Fernandez-Versini as a judge of the British version of The X Factor.
Career in trouble
"She's really confused about what went wrong. Everyone knows she's talented, but she just can't catch the breaks. She was dumped from The X Factor and now her recording career is in trouble too," the source added.
