Sonavane said, “The Computer Science department has been self-sufficient since its establishment. In other departments such as Communication Studies, Physical Education, Foreign Language and Institute of Biotechnology, among others, the government funds some of the teaching posts, while others get salary through UoP funds. The committee has appealed to all the departments to submit their status till March 11. After compiling this information, we will make a report by the end of this month and present it to government in the first week of April.”
