After taking the Internet by storm with his single, Dil Kya Kare (Did I Love You?) in 2014, New York-based singer of Indian descent, Amrit Dasu has now recorded his first major international single, Turn Back Time.

What makes this original special is that it marks Dasu's collaboration with Jamaican dancehall star Charly Black. Dasu says, "It's a dancehall-pop record with a hint of my style. Charly Black is the last word in dancehall. I'm glad he agreed to come on board."

Dasu says that the Jamaican artiste had a "great sense of direction he wanted to take the song in" — one that matched his own vision. "I recorded the track in New Jersey while Charly recorded in Miami. From inception to post-production, it was a six-month-long process. I'm glad about the way the song has shaped up. Charly has made my track more energetic."
