Last September, actor and stand-up comic Vir Das became the first Indian to be signed by Netflix for a comedy special.

The show, Abroad Understanding, will release on April 25.

It was filmed in New York and New Delhi and will be streamed on Netflix across 100 countries. It takes on a variety of subjects — nationalism, globalisation, good food and bad politics.
