Indian captain Virat Kohli has often displayed his high level of energy and stamina be it on the field or off it. Virat Kohli, who regularly visits the gym to workout and keeps upping his game in the fitness area.


Virat, who is considered India's current fittest cricketer, recently on Saturday, posted a video on Twitter that shows him performing push ups with just one hand during his workout session.


Virat Kohli also went on to challenge his fans on the social media site to perform the same exercise. He captioned the video: How many one-handed push-ups can you do? #TrainToLive #LiveToTrain.

Virat Kohli, who is fresh off a brilliant 9-0 tour whitewash against Sri Lanka, is now leading team India against Australia in a five-match ODI series.

Virat Kohli has a total of 30 ODI centuries to his name and has equalled Ricky Ponting to have the joint-second highest number of ODI centuries in history only behind Sachin Tendulkar.
