Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis

Pakistan's bowling greats Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis indulged in a Twitter war over leg-spinner Anil Kumble's impressive 10-wicket feat in the fourth innings of the Delhi Test against Pakistan back in 1999.

Akram recently revealed that Younis (last man in to bat) hatched a plan to get run out and deny Kumble the record, which Akram refused to. In a tweet, Younis denied the incident and said that may be age was catching up with Akram.

Akram immediately shot back: "@waqyounis99 Get your facts right mate. And if we are going to go down the "age" road you know I'll Beat you in that game every time." Eventually, Younis deleted the tweet.
