India’s lone individual Olympic gold-medallist, is proving to be a thorn in the flesh of sports administrators. He has sided with sportsmen and his opinion carries enough weight to keep all those power-hungry administrators on tenterhooks.
Dravid belongs to that category of sportsmen who play it straight. Having retired from cricket gracefully: an honour bestowed upon a chosen few, Dravid has never shied away from speaking his mind on the sport and what needs to be done to change the perception of cricket.
