'When is Viagra most effective?'

Q. I am a healthy man of 52. I eat healthy food and do regular exercises but off late I am facing erectile dysfunctioning despite desire. I have taken Viagra and found it working. My question is- can I take it without further consultation; Which Indian brand is safe or all brands are safe? Lastly, can I take it after moderate alcoholic drinks?
A. If you are not having hypertension or there is no family history of vascular disease; and if Viagra has helped you in your erectile dysfunction, you can continue it. It would also be advisable to take the same on empty stomach so that it is better absorbed and hence it will turn out to be more effective. Please see that you don't take the same more than once in 24 hours! Almost all Indian brands are safe. It would be wiser to buy of a reliable/reputed company. If possible try to Avoid alcohol with Viagra.

Q. My girlfriend was due to get her periods on 5th and it has not happened till now. Does that mean she is pregnant? Can you suggest some medicine to terminate this?
A. There are kits available at chemist shops to confirm whether a woman is pregnant or not. Please confirm. If the test is positive, please contact a competent gynaecologist as over the counter medicines that are available to terminate the pregnancy are effective only IF taken within 72 hours of the unprotected sexual act.

Q. I am 44 years old. I am enjoying oral sex with my girlfriend once in a week, and we have intercourse once a month. But I don't last for more than 2 minutes. Can I use viagra 100?
A. Oral sex is normal and wonderful variation to sex. Your problem is during intercourse - you have desire, you have good erection, you're able to penetrate but you come faster than your expectations. Viagra is of no use in delaying the man's climax. The drug of choice would be Dapoxetine 60 mg one tablet one hour prior to the act with a glass of water. The action lasts for 4 hours and you can take this tablet maximum only once in 24 hours. This helps delay climax in most men.
