Salman Khan broke down at the condolence meet for Rajjat Barjatya held at an auditorium in Bandra yesterday. Rajjat, cousin of filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya, passed away on July 29 following a battle against cancer.

The star’s affiliation to the Barjatya clan is unshakeable, and he has even gone on record to say he will never refuse a film from the Rajshri stable. The star’s association with the Barjatyas dates back to 1989 when Sooraj gave him his first hit, Maine Pyar Kiya.
