Things went rapidly downhill from there. We asked for water. We were told we had to order our drinks simultaneously so that the waiter could get it all in one go! A straw we asked for never arrived. The appetiser arrived at the end of the meal (thankfully, before the dessert). And our waiter did a Ghajini he couldn't remember if he had served everything we had ordered.
PS: The food wasn't bad, but the experience was. Why cram in customers when you can't handle weekend rush?
