A source present in the house told mid-day, “Bhagat arrived at Jaidev’s Pali Hill house at 11 am with her daughter and others. However, she walked out within 15 minutes without taking anything and claiming that her jewellery was missing.”

Jaidev disappointed
The official spokesperson for Jaidev Shroff said, “What happened today was very unfortunate. Jaidev Shroff was merely following the order of the honourable high court, but Poonam Bhagat clearly had a different agenda. He is shocked, saddened and deeply disappointed by her meaningless, aggressive behaviour and equally embarrassed that both his innocent daughters had to witness the insanity.”

Made to wait
Meanwhile, Poonam’s lawyer Lalit Jain said, “Poonam was made to wait for a long time before entering the house. Also, despite the HC order stating that no lawyers should be present from his side, the lawyers were there. Not just that, they also video graphed the whole visit, which was not part of the order.”

He said, after being allowed entry, when Bhagat went inside she noticed that many articles like clothes and jewellery were messed up. Her jewellery was also allegedly missing. “There was no ruckus by Poonam. We have Jaya Raheja, the person who was sent by court as proof. In short, there was complete contempt of the court order.”
